Refund policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase on certain apparel, gear & equipment*. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To return your product, please email us at support@rawkt.com.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items must be in the original packaging and contain original tags.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
*We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Mouth Guards
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional 2 weeks.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
